Refund policy

1). Return and Refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. This 7-day period will start on the arrival / successful delivery date according to the tracking number

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at our contact pagePlease note that customers will be responsible for ALL the fees and charges incurred during the return process. We take no responsibility in the process of returning packages and these returning delivery fees will NOT be refunded. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. Returning packages are to be sent to our only re-distribution center in Australia.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the balance amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. 

2). Damages and Issues / Warranty Period
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We apologize that we can only accept enquiries on damaged / missing items within the first 7 days (calendar days) upon order arrival. The date of order arrival will be determined based on the delivery status indicated by your tracking number.

The same coverage duration applies to our warranty period. Any enquries received later than this will not be processed further.  


3). Cancellation of Orders
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we're unable to change or cancel your order for any reason. However, there is an exception of 1-hour window where you can cancel your order by sending us an email within this time frame after placing your order.

4). Priority Processing and Delivery Fees
Fees incurred for priority handling and processing of orders are strictly non-refundable. The same applies to all shipping and delivery fees (if any). 


5). Wrong Address
We take no responsibility in the input of wrong address or stolen packages. Once orders are shipped, there is absolutely nothing we can do to update the delivery address.
